Description Watts Constructors, a Contrack subsidiary, designed and constructed the SCIF to support ANQ-272 Sentinel Weapons System's Pacific node. Watts converted an existing historical hangar originally constructed in the late 1930's into the SCIF facility
Scope Watts constructed a secure reinforced CMU concrete facility within the existing hangar as a standalone building meeting LEED requirements. Significant security demands included high security communications requirements, server room, UPS, and raised flooring to support multiple work stations. Other responsibilities included the building pad for concrete work, exterior sewer lines, water lines, storm drain lines, and electrical and communication lines
